I'm Karli Swenson, PhD, MPH

My work centers around the care of people with complex pregnancies. I have a PhD in Integrated Physiology where I studied cannabis use in pregnancy, and an MPH in Maternal and Child Health where I focused on perinatal substance use. I am the Clinical Education and Publication Lead at the Colorado Perinatal Care Quality Collaborative, where I lead trainings for healthcare providers on optimal care for laboring patients with substance use disorders. I am also a postdoctoral researcher at Childrens Hospital Colorado where I work with kids with sex chromosome aneuploidies and their families.
